A Second Chance

The Los Angeles Education Corps (LAEC) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization established in 2008. We educate, train
and support young people, ages 14-24, who are looking for a second chance to earn their high school diploma and the opportunity to earn a vocational training certificate. LAEC is the charter management organization overseeing
College Bridge Academy (CBA) charter high school and The Education Corps (TEC)/Saito High School.
We also operate the LAEC YouthBuild CTE Training Center - two locations offering construction and CNA training.

A College Acceptance Letter is Only the First Step

Many college acceptances have rolled in for Los Angeles Education Corps’ graduating seniors. Though their parents are certainly proud of their students’ accomplishments, they worry about how they will cover college expenses - especially in families that who are struggling due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please give to the LAEC College Fund to help them cover books, rent deposits, bus passes, and any other costs not covered by financial aid so they can rest assured
that their students will be able to attend the college of their choice.
