Enroll at a College and Career Corps campus near you.
Are you looking for a safe, small learning community where you can catch up on your credits, at no cost, in a short amount of time? Want to learn at your own pace with instructors who understand where you are in your educational journey? Do you want to make new friends -- or be respected if you just want to keep your head down and graduate? Missed your prom, field trips and sports? Do you dream of going to college or want to head right into a trade? Do you want to earn your high school diploma, not just a GED?
The first step to your future is to enroll in the College and Career Academy campus of your choice. You will be seen as an uniquely talented individual with promise and potential, regardless of your past, while earning a state-accredited high school diploma.
CCA welcomes young people between the ages of 14-24 year-round. Our three College and Career Academy Minor Campuses educate young people ages 14-19. Our three College and Career Academy Young Adult Campuses are for young adults ages 17-24. Campuses are located in Inglewood, Long Beach, Paramount, Pico-Union, South Los Angeles, and Watts. Teachers who understand the challenges that caused you to leave your previous school are waiting for you. Each campus is supported by counselors who truly listen to you as an individual and connect you with the resources you need to achieve your goals.
Enrolling in school also connects you to job training through LAEC YouthBuild or one of our partners at LA Conservation Corps or the Conservation Corps of Long Beach. Learn carpentry, drywalling, electrical and other construction skills. Or, get trained in habitat restoration, fire fuel reduction, community beautification, tree planting, recycling, and trail building. You can also train to be a Certified Nursing Assistant through our partnership with the California Department of Public Health. Some campuses have recording arts studios with instructors who will train students in learning those skills.
For more information, call the campus near you today. Or, you can fill out the form below and a staff person will get back to you.
